WorldMark Lake of the Ozarks

Stephanie was fantastic to work with when checking out. Great communication. Timely and professional. It was a quiet property for the weekdays, I stayed there. The pool was lovely and the landscape was well-maintained. The view from our room was beautiful (besides the brown water ). It was fun being able to see all the activity happening at the lake from our balcony! However, Lisa who checked me in was a bit of a disaster. Poor customer service and unprofessional communication. It’s unfortunate the elevators didn’t work during high season. I had in-shape, 70+ year olds with me and luckily they can rock the 4 floors of stairs (we stayed on the 4th floor) but it makes me worry for others. Just a heads up in case you need handicap accessibility, this may not be the property for you. I recommend calling and clarifying, if you will need, want or prefer the accommodation. The ice machine didn’t work well in our room (low quantity and slow to make) and there wasn’t a working ice machine on property.

We so enjoyed our week here! Will definitely hope to return. Attention to detail is highly noted and so appreciated. My teen son and I stayed in a 2 bedroom on the top floor. It was perfect, quiet and yes, we used the stairs. We had absolutely everything we needed and the view was stunning! We borrowed a fishing pole and used the nice fishing dock. We borrowed Sequence the game and loved it!! So fun!! Well taken care of property and wonderful hosts. May be funny to note but the trashes houses (where you take your trash) are immaculate and so well taken care of. I think that says so much about the level of care here. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Very nice time. Only thing, shower gave only warm water for 3 minutes. (timed it) Otherwise, Jacuzzi was awesome, unit was clean. View from balcony was beautiful.

This place is BEAUTIFUL! The staff is friendly and quick to help. Any issue we had was handled in less that 30 min. Veiws are lovely. Easy access to all kinds of fun.

Nice place, great location. Love the lake view. Air struggle to keep up with not all that hot of temps. Tv didn’t work with the storms 1 night. The night we wanted to watch. Not smart TVs. Quiet at night. Hot tub only had a couple jets that worked. 4.5 stars but google doesn’t allow that.

A hidden gem of resort that you should not skip! From check in with the warm and welcoming staff to the unit being ready early this resort gets you to relaxing sooner. The unit was clean and although it showed some age it was recently painted and updated. All units have a water view balcony which was nice. We will definitely stay here again!

Great lake view! Nice kitchen in unit for anyone who wants to cook. Lots of restaurants if you want to eat out. Elevators getting an update - which we knew before our arrival. Mother nature wasn't very nice to us as it rained off and on most of the weekend.

I am always getting phone calls asking if I wanna try to get out of my timeshare. I tell them no. I truly enjoy visiting new places in Wyndham creates not only the opportunity but since you’re paying for it already, the need to go or else you waste your money. I love being able to take different parts of my family to different parts of the country. This was my first time to Lake of the Ozarks. The room was very neat and clean. It had all the amenities required for a nice stay. I was told there were no Lakeview rooms available, but if my room was not Lake view, then I don’t know what it could’ve been. Beautiful! I know it was the off-season, but it was very quiet.
